- Is it tournament size? Yes — tournament size measures 80 cm in diameter. Playing surface: 66 cm Ø, chips are 3.2 cm Ø.
- Thickness 1 cm + pivots 2 cm.
- How much does it weigh? between 4 and 5 kg.
- Does it take up much space? it measures 80cm in diameter.
- How is it stored? We've designed a wall mount for it, which is what we recommend — it looks great and is lovely to have on display. Some people store it under a bed, or in the carry bag. ; some people store it under a bed, or in the carry bag.
- What space is needed to play? You only need a table and 2/4 chairs
Colors and customization
- Can I change the colour of the numbers? Of course — that's the whole point of this model: you choose the colours of the board and the numbers.
- Can you put a name on it? No, we cannot put a name on it unless for orders of more than 5 units; in that case, you should contact us first. mail
- Do you do simulations? Yes, for all custom models, you fill out the form and we’ll prepare it for you.
Is it ready to play? Yes, it arrives ready to start playing; you just need to unpack it.
Production and shipping time
We make everything to order. The estimated lead time for this model is 7–15 working days from receipt of payment — we keep boards ready to finish with whatever finish you request, so it's usually faster, but we don't want you to buy it as a gift and not make it in time.
- How much does shipping cost? This is a large and heavy item; shipping to mainland Spain is included in the selling price, along with the packaging needed to keep it safe — but if you'd like to collect it from the workshop, let us know and we can deduct that shipping cost.
- Do you ship outside Spain? Yes, ask us by mail,
- Will it arrive in time as a gift? Yes — order 15 days ahead and it will arrive without any problem within Spain.
- How is it packaged? It's thoroughly protected all the way round with 3 cm of foam padding and wrapped in recycled cardboard.

Choosing a model
- Which crokinole do you recommend? Any of our models are handmade one at a time and are all high quality, so it really comes down to taste.
- What's the difference between models? The differences between our models come down to whether they include chips, or chips plus extra accessories for the perfect playing experience, or simply the look.
- Which model should you give? Traditionally, the game is made of wood, so the recipient might prefer that style—it really depends on their personality. We are sure they will thoroughly enjoy it, whichever one you choose; however, I would definitely recommend adding the carrying bag or the wall mount.
- Which one should I choose if I've never played? There are small models on the market, even melamine ones — honestly, we don't recommend them. They're cheaper, yes, but the price difference isn't big enough to justify it: the playing experience is worse, they wear out quickly, and a lot of people end up buying the tournament-size one anyway, so it's up to you.
Materials and quality

- Does it slide well? Yes — the multiple layers of lacquer and varnish, endlessly sanded and polished, plus the manual finishing we give every board, guarantee it.
- Is it durable? Yes, very durable with normal use — if you throw stones at it hard, you'll notice.
- ¿Qué acabado tiene? El color que nos pidais en acabado mate.
- What's the difference versus cheap boards? Cheap boards aren't tournament size, and are often melamine, so the playing experience is much worse and they last much less time.
How to play
- How do you play? Crokinole is a strategy game based on precisely flicking a disc to score points, or to stop your rival from scoring. It's played with wooden or resin discs on a board and everything is explained here.

- Has it shipped yet? We'll let you know as soon as it ships; it has to be handed to you in person.
- How do I track it? With the tracking number we send you once the order ships.
- When will I get the tracking number? Once the order has shipped.
- Can I change the delivery address? Not once it has left here.

- How do I clean the board? With a damp cloth, without harsh products — never leave your crokinole outdoors.
- What if it stops sliding well? If this happens after many years, the surface would need a gentle polish — email us and we'll tell you how.
- Do you sell parts separately? Yes — we sell chip sets, boards on their own, 20-count trays, chip trays and the wall mount, all separately.
- What's the warranty? We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there's anything about the product you don't like, and you tell us within 14 calendar days of receiving it, we'll refund the price of the product. See here for how to proceed

Important: The rim around the ditch: The rim is there to stop chips from being thrown off the board (if they bounce and come back in, they don't score).
We've avoided adding the usual 3 cm-high rim.
There is an outer rim, but it doesn't stick out 3 cm; it sits level with the board, raised above the ditch.
We've been playing with this model for years and we still have our eyes; we haven't lost a single chip and nothing valuable has been broken.
